The founder of Movplicity, Wes Melcher had moved 4 times in 5 years, and knew there had to be a way to make the process easier. He and his team set out to create a 100% online platform that would assist customers on every step of their move from helping plan, to transferring and setting up new home services, forwarding mail, connecting utilities, and making sure everything is ready when you move into your new home. Whether this is your first move or your last move, Movplicity is dedicated to helping our customers alleviate the pain that is associated with moving, and we want to make moving a stress-free experience. The Movplicity platform was built from scratch by people who know moving and know what customers need to navigate this important life hurdle.

Wes Melcher- Founder/CEO
Wes Melcher has been an entrepreneur from early childhood, starting three businesses before even graduating high school, and over a half a dozen since then. His knowledge of business has allowed him to consult for both start-up, and established companies in more than 30 Countries around the World. Wes has trained and coached in excess of one million people across the world over the last 20 years in Marketing, Sales, Social Media, and Personal Development. He helped found a company in 2005 that has done in excess of 3 Billion Dollars in revenue. He is a #1 Best Selling Author and has spoken to crowds in excess of 25,000 people.
Having moved multiple times in the last 5 years he knew there had to be a better way to simplify the process and headaches of moving. Wes believes that the best business ideas over the last two decades have come from making consumer activities easier and more technology friendly. Combining the knowledge of sales, business, and team building in his 20 plus year career Wes has assembled a team of Rockstars to make Movplicity a household name.
Wes currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his daughter Jianna. He is an avid sports fan and loves to travel.
Sean Fines - Business Development
Sean Fines is an Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. Skilled in, Business Development, Advertising, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction. Strong professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Business Administration and Management, from University of New Hampshire.
Kathryn Wakefield- Business Development
Kathryn Wakefield comes to us with a wide range of skills developed throughout her 12 years Sales of experience. She is no stranger to entrepreneurship. Owning and operating an e-commerce website for 8 years. Adding to her experience in Physician Relations, Employee Training, Direct Sales, andHealthcare. She is passionate about bringing something brand new to the marketplace. She loves being part of a startup and at the end of the day, looks forward to down time with her husband, and 3 teenagers.
Fernando De La Garza - Regional Sales Manager
Fernando De La Garza has been an accomplished entrepreneur from an early age. Fernando has traveled the world training and coaching thousands of entrepreneurs in Marketing, Sales, Social Media, and Personal Development. His knowledge in business has allowed him to align with the best business minds on the planet. Having to move more than 6 times in 2 different countries, in the last 8 years he knew there had to be a way to simplify the process and alleviate the headaches of moving.
Fernando believes the best ideas have come from providing easy and reliable solutions to everyday problems. Fernando currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Anahy. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jit-Su Purple Belt, he loves traveling and spending time with his family. Fernando is looking forward to transforming the way millions move.
David Gonzales - Regional Sales Manager
David Gonzales joins Movplicity with over 20 years of experience in multiple roles within the financial aspect of the mortgage industry. Between home equity loan processing and funding to liaising between title companies and attorneys, he brings the skill and knowledge of working through complex issues, while facilitating an atmosphere of trust, collaboration and respect. He is most excited about joining Movplicity because his true passion lies in helping others, and this revolutionary concept of a digital concierge for clients in the process of moving, does just that! Outside of finding new and innovative ways to simplify processes or making the connections that can, you will find David with his wife of 20+ years on a soccer field supporting their teenage daughter, Hannah, or attending a performance of their son, Hunter, who is involved with the Vocal Division of Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Charlie Opeseyitan- Regional Sales Manager
Charles Opeseyitan Joins Movplicity with over 10 years in of experience in direct sales, marketing and mortgage financing. Before home purchases, home equity loans and personal loans. Charles was a student athlete for The University of Tulsa graduating with degrees in marketing and business finances. He went on to becoming the running back coach at ECU in Ada Oklahoma.
He went on to joining one of the top mortgage lenders in the nation loanDepot and between navigating the complex mortgage industry. He brings an array of talents to the already talented group of individual that makes up the core group of Movplicity. Charles’s main drive are his two kids Westyn and Alissa along with the excitement of being a part of a dynamic and industry changing service that is Movplicity .
Outside of work and family, he spends most of his time mentoring young adults and helping them reach their full potential before and after college thru his mentorship program and FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athlete). He always makes sure to facilitate an environment that allows our clients, partners and vendors to know that they are working with the best when it comes to their service. Movplicity bring a much needed element to an already stagnate industry and he looks forward to being part of the digital concierge process for clients in the process of moving. Meanwhile his proficiency in mortgage finance world makes him an excellent addition to the already growing family at Movplicty.
